Welcome to my journal of recovery.

On 1st April 2017, my left ankle dislocated, and I suffered a “Weber C” type fracture, which required immediate operation, followed by another surgery 5 days later, which resulted in PDPH. These events kept me hospitalized for 13 days, plus an additional 3 weeks of intensive hospital rehabilitation, having suffered in stage 1 Sudeck syndrome. I decided to share my journey in learning to walk again, and the life long lessons I learn in the process. I hope you will find my story worthwhile to read.
